Cancellation Policy

For MartValley (MartValley.in) Purchases / Refills

• Before Activation: If you request cancellation before the purchased service, credit, or refill has been activated/allocated, cancellation may be possible.
• After Activation: Once the purchased service or credits have been activated/refilled to your account, cancellations are not permitted.

For Software Development & Custom Projects (Martvalley Services)

• Before Initiation of Work: Refunds can be processed if cancellation is requested before project work begins.
• After Initiation of Work: Refunds are not available once the project has commenced.

Refund Policy

For MartValley(MartValley.in) Purchases / Refills

• Non-Refundable: Payments for one-time purchases, credits, or refills are non-refundable once activated or credited to your account.
• Exceptional Cases: Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:
• Duplicate payment or transaction.
• Verified technical issues that prevent credit activation or usage.
• Other exceptional cases at our sole discretion.

For Software Development & Custom Projects

• Before Work Starts: Refunds may be processed upon cancellation before project initiation.
• After Work Starts: No refunds will be provided once the project is in progress.
